About My Practice

“The Truth”

At Alhaqiqa, which means “Truth” in Arabic, we believe in the transformative power of honesty, transparency, and genuine care in the healing process. Under the expert guidance of Gulsan A. Karbani – MNSPC (Accredited), a Consultant Psychotherapeutic Counsellor and Healing Psychotherapist with over 30 years of experience, our clinic is dedicated to uncovering the truth behind each patient’s emotional and psychological needs.

Consultant Karbani’s approach is deeply rooted in empathy and a profound understanding of the complexities of human emotions. Her extensive background in transcultural counselling allows her to connect with patients from diverse backgrounds, offering them personalized care that respects their unique experiences and cultural identities. At Alhaqiqa, we are committed to guiding our patients on a path of self-discovery, healing, and personal growth.

Our mission is to create a safe and nurturing environment where patients can explore their innermost thoughts and feelings, free from judgment. We aim to help individuals and families navigate life’s challenges with resilience and strength, fostering mental well-being and emotional balance.

At Alhaqiqa, we don’t just treat symptoms; we seek to understand the underlying truths that shape our patients’ lives, providing them with the tools and support they need to achieve lasting healing and fulfillment.
