Cancellation Policy

At Al Haqiqa, we understand that unexpected situations may arise. We kindly ask that patients provide notice for any changes or cancellations as follows:

  • Changes to Appointments:

    • Appointments can be rescheduled or changed freely if notice is given at least 24 hours in advance or more.

    • Appointments cannot be changed within 12 hours of the session

  • Cancellations:

    • Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled session are eligible for review. If a valid reason, such as an emergency or exceptional circumstance, is provided, we will assess the situation to determine if a refund or credit is applicable.

    • Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice are non-refundable.

This policy is designed to respect the time of both the practitioner and our patients. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
