All bookings for sessions are made through our Calendly platform. Payment must be completed at the time of booking unless otherwise stated. By booking an appointment, you agree to our Cancellation Policy, which outlines conditions for rescheduling and refunds.
4. Cancellation and Rescheduling
Cancellations and rescheduling are subject to the terms outlined in our Cancellation Policy. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance are non-refundable, and appointments cannot be changed within 12 hours of the scheduled session. In urgent situations, Consultant Gulsan A. Karbani will review cancellations on a case-by-case basis.

You agree to use our website and booking platform in a responsible and lawful manner. Any misuse of the website, including attempts to disrupt service or access unauthorized areas, is prohibited. We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to our services for users violating these terms.
